Microsoft Security Essentials is one of the most best antivirus software for windows user. The only problem with this is that you must have a valid or genuine OS to update the database for the first time,so we are now providing an offline update of this application. The only hassle on this thing is the updating of virus definiton for the first time but after you finally updated the virus definition database, you can now update your database via its onlineserver or automatic update. There is a daily update on Microsoft Security Essentials virus definition so it is recommended to update daily
I am a Microsoft Security Essentials user for over 3 years now since my computer is running windows 7 ultimate. For 3 years of usage of this free anti virus of microsoft, i havent encountered a problem with my computer due to virus. Microsoft Secuirty essentials is actually not free , if your system is running a genuine Microsoft OS, you are free to use their anti virus. I highly recommend this antivirus for windows 7 user because aside from its license is free, it is a light weight application that works on the background that doesnt consume too much resources at all. It can do the same function with other high profile antivirus and one thing i like about this software is it doesnt often give a false positive report especially for keygens. Just for you to know, this is the only antivirus installed on my computer and ever since i have never been a victim of virus or being in trouble because of viruses.
